COVID-19 Patient’s Guide

The health and safety of our patients is our number one priority at William H. Isacoff, M.D., Inc. We understand that having the support of our loved ones is important. While we appreciate that this Coronavirus outbreak is of serious concern, we need to make some changes to our patient’s and visitors’ policy.

Until further notice:
  • Patients and Visitors will be screened prior to entering patient areas and require wearing a facemask. Any patient or visitor who is coughing or shows other signs of illness, like fever, sore throat or shortness of breath, should not come to the office, but call us instead.
  • Only one visitor may accompany a patient to their visit and/or treatment suite if necessary.
  • No eating or outside food will be permitted in the office.
  • Wash your hands often for at least 20 seconds with soap and water or use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer.
  • Refrain from touching your eyes, nose, or mouth with unwashed hands.
  • Covering your mouth and nose with a tissue when coughing or sneezing. Discard the tissue and clean your hands. If a tissue is not available, cough or sneeze into your upper sleeve.
